Manufacturing Code of Ethics

These Principles of Ethics are aspirational goals of professional conduct for all Universal Flight Control employees who pledge to:

Adhere to a standard of excellence in manufacturing, producing, and packaging;

Completely research every item to be produced fully and accurately using the highest level of equipment available to the company.

Monitor technological developments to assure availability of the highest quality product and the imposition of the most stringent standards within the aviation training industry;

Impose strict quality controls throughout the aviation training product manufacturing and marketing process;

Listen to customer's recommendations and excercise fairness in determing the outcome of any discussed product alteration or enhancement;

Commit to re-investing assets to produce new and state-of-the-art products;

Represent and market all products and services fairly and accurately; and

Always be guided by a spirit of justice, honor, and fairness within their business communities and in all dealings with other members of the aviation industry and with associated industries.
